Acceptance of Policies and Amendments

We employ flat rate shipping for all retail orders. Shipping is $5 for all orders under $65. Orders $65 and up ship free. Orders that weigh less than 16oz will be shipped via First Class Mail, while those weighing 16oz and over will be shipped via Priority Mail.
Shipping charges for wholesale orders will be included with the quote.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your items on their journey to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS without risk of theft or loss and where you can retrieve your package immediately upon delivery. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after your package is scanned as delivered to the address you provided us. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, you should provide a different shipping address for your order.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage as follows:
First Class Mail : NONE
Priority Mail: $100
If you would like to add insurance above what is included, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order.
If your items arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact Toliver’s Handmade immediately at email@example.com. If applicable, we will file a claim on your behalf, but will require documentation to do so. We will refund or replace, at our discretion, as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
No refunds will be given because you do not like the scent of your product. We do our best to describe the scents based on descriptions given from manufacturers and by describing the essential oils contained in each product, but each person perceives scents differently.
